So…my planner obsession has grown. I love, love, love my fauxdori, but I really needed something else. I don’t use my fauxdori as a planner, so I wanted to be able to see a month at a glance, even a weekly spread, to plan all of my posts, video deadlines and any other important dates or projects I’m working on.
I love my technology, but sometimes you just need a good ol’ fashioned pen and paper!
Still, I didn’t want to spend too much money on some fancy planner. I absolutely love the look of some options, such as The Happy Planner or Erin Condren…but I’m a girl who loves to craft on a budget. That’s when I found the three-ringed binder at the Target Dollar Spot. They even provide monthly and weekly inserts, constantly offer up new and adorable stationary, and much more! All at very affordable prices. I’m always on the lookout for something new to use in my planner or fauxdori. It’s an addiction.
So I came home with a binder, inserts and some other goodies! Then got to work!
The binder cover was cute…but it wasn’t me, so I bought some scrapbook paper and mod podged it right on there. I explain what I did a little further in my flip through video below.
And that’s my semi-customized, little Target Dollar Spot planner! I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. If anyone else uses these planners from Target, I would love to hear and see what you guys do with it.
